In a small saucepan, combine oat milk, tart cherry juice, honey, cardamom, ginger, and rosewater.
Stirring often, heat over medium heat until warmed through (should take about 10 min). Do not scald or boil the milk, it should be warmed through, frothy, and steamy but not boiling hot.
