  • Small Saucepan


  • 16 Oz Plain Unsweetened Oat Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Tart Cherry Juice
  • 4 Tsp Honey can use real maple syrup as well
  • Dash Cardamom
  • Pinch Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 2 Tsp Rosewater optional
  • Dried Rose Petals optional garnish


  • In a small saucepan, combine oat milk, tart cherry juice, honey, cardamom, ginger, and rosewater.
  • Stirring often, heat over medium heat until warmed through (should take about 10 min). Do not scald or boil the milk, it should be warmed through, frothy, and steamy but not boiling hot.
  • Whisk vigorously to froth the moon milk before serving. Serve in a warmed mug and garnish with dried rose petals.


Can use whole milk if desired.
