Pineapple Coconut Avocado Smoothie
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 3/4 cup Full Fat Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 3/4 cup Cubed Pineapple
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Lime Zest
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar optional
- Fresh Mint optional
- In a blender, combine the ripe avocado, frozen banana, pineapple, coconut milk, lime juice & zest, and agave nectar.
