A good night’s sleep is important regardless of age. In this presentation we talk about how sleep patterns may change with age, sleep-wake cycles, chemicals and hormone changes, health conditions that may affect or be affected by lack of sleep, sleep disorders, and some tips to have a better night’s sleep. We will touch on some negative effects of poor sleep, such as depression and resources available in the community.
